Trans-Human part 2: The power of the Flower of Life

This artworks was created in 2 parts. It was originally a lenticular artwork. I’ am quite fascinated by this concept, this belief that the human race can evolve beyond its current physical and mental limitations, especially by means of science and technology. It sounds so futuristic and so sophisticated but we are already experimenting this in our everyday life with the technologies that surround us, with the purpose to augment or increase human sensory reception, emotive ability, or cognitive capacity as well as radically improve human health and extend human life spans. In this artwork you find the symbol of the clocks mechanisms that evoke Time, the symbol of the Flower of Life struck by lightening. This beautiful geometrical design consists of 19 circles of the same size that are interconnected, it has profound symbolic meanings for our existence, life on Earth, and the formation of the Universe. Just as real-life seeds are the origins of flowers, the Seed of Life symbol is a building block for the Flower of Life design.
