A figure, as if stepped out of a dream, stands at the edge of two realities: an ordinary beach and an inner, distorted world. The mask conceals the face yet reveals a state,иclosed golden eyelids, a red rose in place of a voice, a symbol of beauty that both seduces and silences. The dark mass of hair dissolves into the sky, turning the body into a wavering silhouette, almost a ghost. The work is based on the artist’s real drawings, where fragile, enigmatic characters exist between life and withering. Here they enter physical space, yet do not come closer, instead, they slip further away, leaving behind a quiet unease and the sense of a voice that can never be heard.
